We offer multiple levels of training to help clinicians confidently apply the Unified Protocols for Children and Adolescents (UP-C/A) in their practice. Whether you’re new to UP or looking to refine your skills, our expert-led training will equip you with the tools to help clients manage emotions more effectively.
Build confidence, enhance outcomes, and take your practice to the next level!
Note: Clinical training in the UP-C and UP-A for grant and research purposes only may be coordinated directly with Dr. Ehrenreich-May's team at the Child and Adolescent Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program at the University of Miami.
Our 12-hour introductory training provides a comprehensive overview of the Unified Protocols for Children and Adolescents (UP-C/A), including its background, rationale, and research support. Participants will be guided through all eight core modules, with engaging didactics, video demonstrations, and—when attending a live session—behavioral rehearsal to practice key techniques. This training is ideal for clinicians looking to gain a strong foundation in UP-C/A and begin applying to practice.
If virtual, includes access to a recording of the workshop for 30 days.
Pre-requisite: Level 1 training
Level 2 training involves 16 hours of consultation in the administration of a full course of UP-C and/or UP-A with two cases.
Pre-requisite: Level 1 and 2 training
Our Level 3 Training is designed for certified Unified Protocol (UP-C/A) therapists who want to take the next step—becoming certified to train and supervise within their agency. This advanced training involves reviewing UP-C/A training materials and completing a supervised training experience with an expert trainer. Once successfully completed, participants will be certified to provide UP-C/A training and supervision within their organization, helping expand the reach of evidence-based care.
